✦︎✦︎. Thanh Toán và Refound

- “First pay first serve”, thứ tự đơn được set khi bạn đã chuyển khoản và mình sẽ cày theo thứ tự đó.- Vui lòng “cọc 50% trước khi bắt đầu comm”, đối với waitlist thì 30% (không hoàn cọc khi hủy waitlist).- “Hạn thanh toán comm 48 tiếng”, quá thời gian thì mình sẽ tự động hủy comm.- Đối với các “comm YCH base Trung” thì hầu hết tất cả sẽ “không được in thương mại” còn lại thì x2-x3 tùy loại. Nếu “in phi lợi nhuận” cho cá nhân thì “giới hạn dưới 5 bản in” và luôn thêm credit ạ.- Khi mình “trễ deadline (không lý do)” bạn được quyền “chọn tiếp tục giao dịch (sẽ tặng thêm gift)” hoặc “hủy comm (refund 100% số tiền bạn đã chuyển khoản)”.- “Hủy comm khi mình đã gửi sketch”, mình sẽ lấy “25% số tiền comm” và sẽ “không gửi sketch” vì sẽ vi phạm luật của artist base.

✦︎✦︎✦︎. Deadline và Quy Trình

- Deadline được cố định từ “hai tuần tới một tháng”, nếu bạn cần gấp thì hãy báo cho mình khi đặt slot, mình không chấp nhận sát ngày mới báo.- Nếu cảm thấy chờ đợi quá lâu bạn có thể nhắn cho mình, mình sẽ thông báo thứ tự mình đang cày, sau khi hỏi xong vui lòng không hối thúc mình.

✦︎✦︎✦︎✦︎. Sửa Tranh

Mình khá dễ tính trong việc sửa tranh khi đang ở giai đoạn sketch, có thể “chỉnh trực tiếp lên tranh sketch comm của bạn” nhưng “không được tự ý chỉnh/vẽ lên sample comm”. Khi sửa tranh bạn nên note hết tất cả trong một lần, sau 5 lần chỉnh mình sẽ tự động thêm phí cho những lần sau.- Mình không nhận sửa line khi đã lên màu, “tuyệt đối không được tự ý đè lên tranh để chỉnh sửa” sau khi hoàn thành comm.

✦︎✦︎✦︎✦︎✦︎. Kết Thúc

- Comm sẽ được gửi qua “drive hoặc mail”, các link drive sẽ “tồn tại trong vòng 7 ngày” kể từ lúc mình gửi, vui lòng down sớm. Sau 7 ngày mình sẽ “không chịu trách nhiệm” việc bạn bị mất/thất lạc file.- Trong quá trình giao dịch và sau khi kết thúc, nếu có vấn đề gì về “thái độ dịch vụ” của mình hoặc bạn muốn “đóng góp ý kiến” thì có thể nhắn thẳng với cho mình ạ. Mình sẽ “tiếp thu, chỉnh sửa/thay đổi nếu mình cảm thấy phù hợp”.

- “First pay first serve”, the order is set when you have transferred the money and I will follow that order.- Please “deposit 50% before starting the comm”, for the waitlist it is 30% (the deposit is not refundable when you cancel the waitlist).- “Comm payment deadline is 48 hours”, after that time I will automatically cancel the comm.- For “YCH comms based in China”, most of them will “not be printed commercially”, the rest will be x2-x3 depending on the type. If “printing for non-profit” for individuals, “limited to less than 5 copies” and always add credit.- When I “miss the deadline (no reason)”, you have the right to “choose to continue the transaction (will give more gifts)” or “cancel the comm (refund 100% of the amount you transferred)”.- “Cancel the comm when I have sent the sketch”, I will take “25% of the comm amount” and will “not send the sketch” because it will violate the artist base's rules.

I am quite easygoing about editing details during the sketch stage, you can “edit directly on your sketch comm” but “you are not allowed to edit/draw on the sample comm”. When editing the picture, you should note everything at once, after 5 times of editing, I will automatically add a fee for the next times.- I do not accept line editing after coloring, “absolutely do not edit on the picture” after completing the comm.

- The comm will be sent via “drive or mail”, the drive links will “exist within 7 days” from the time I send them, please download them soon. After 7 days, I will “not be responsible” for your loss/misplacement of files.- During the transaction and after the end, if there is any problem with my “service attitude” or you want to “give feedback”, you can message me directly. I will “accept, edit/change if I feel it is appropriate”.
